I checked my Eevee's IVs and they suck horribly. BUT. Something caught my eye, a HP ice at 70 power..Sadly, with this Jolteon..I'll be outspeeded by Weavile..

Here are it's IVs of crapness.

    Eevee-Timid

    HP-10
    Atk-15
    Def-6
    Sp atk-19
    SP def-11
    Speed-11

This was in the breeders corner, but it kinda fits here as well. Because, I'm finished breeding ^^

IT's gonna need good IVs or jolly Aero says "hi." If you just can't get another, then fine, but I'd at least try.

I don't know, but any power over 60 will work. Yeah, you can, but the IVs are near perfect :(

Good luck. If all else fails, just use that one, but don't expect all-star results like the Yankees in the playoffs

Lol XD I live in NYC so I hear about the Yankee's awesome performance a lot XDD. Since I'm here, I'll post my Jolteon set.

    Jolteon@Lefties :/
    Timid
    252 Spd/252 Sp atk
    Thunderbolt
    HP ice
    Baton pass
    Substitute

I need HP Ivs as well, but this is my first time Hidden power breeding..

I prefer agility to sub since sub...I just don't like subpassing. BPed subs are like Arod in the clutch...nonexistant lol...so yeah, agility FTW.

Metagross...that way you don't have to use a slot for agility. It makes pory Z faster than the speed of light. the real poke that benefits is steelix. lol

I go for IVs, I only use Hidden Power if I am extraordinarily lucky (Like my HP Ice on Gengar! W00TZ!)

    The IV's are horrible >_<

Heracross...really, use CBcross and watch the fury when it's faster than gengar! it's pretty scary. Really, jolteon makes weak subs anyways :(

CBcross, CBtar, and Dragonite really benefit from agility, though it's not always a good idea to BP to a choice item user.

I don't even have a team set up for Jolteon to be in yet..who benefits from agility a lot?
    IceCario ;)

    - Breloom becomes a menace with an Agility Passed to it. The Ability to unleash the first Spore is just awesome. You could probably do a sweeper set with Breloom.

    - Metagross is usually the typical choice, but the most risky since it will be walking into an Earthquake. But like Anti-Pop Culture Warrior said, it relieves that extra slot, which makes handy for Explosion. Liechi Berry would probably help as a good item if it lives past an Earthquake after the Pass.

    - Heracross. Fuse an AgiliPass with him, and squeeze Swords Dance into the set. And with 2 STABed 120 Base Power moves, paired with Stone Edge, 2x Atk, and 2x Speed, he'll be a force that can't be reckoned with.

    - Garchomp. Same rules basically apply to him as with Heracross, mentioned above. STABed Earthquake with Swords Danced Dragon Claws. Best way to BP Speed to him is to make him with Defensive EVs, same with Heracross, not to mention.

    - PorygonZ, is also a risky option, but a Speed BPed to one of those WILL allow you to force a switch, and pull a Nasty Plot. Then you can wreak havoc.

That's about all I can think of for now.

I go for Iv's too. If it's extremely rare, then that's the time I would go for HP.

IMO , you really should go for Ivs > Hidden Power. What good will it be with a mediocre sp.att stat/Iv? Breed for good Ivs.

    Try this one

    Jolteon @Leftovers
    252 HP / 252 SP.ATT / 6 HP
    Timid Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Shadow Ball
    - Agility / Substitute
    - Baton Pass

Shadow Ball may not be the best, but it makes Dusknoir and Gengar think twice about switching into you.

If it's DP, whereas Hidden Powers are special. Then HP Fighting/Ice/Grass/Water may be nice.
