Altered Partner Factor: Partner can learn any move in it's official movepool but the Human can still only learn moves of that set Element. RP Started- Scene 1: Meeting with the Elders. Now I don't want to go to the sign-up sheet right away so I'll go through a few details about this RP.
You are a kid enrolled in Hidenvil Elementary. You walk outside the school and say goodbye to a few friends and some of you discuss about the strangeness of Mister Sahuro's voice today. You then wonder what if those stories were true. Just as you get ready to head home, something crashes into some woods not too far from the school. A few of you get with some friends to check out the site while others curiously go alone. at the site you see a large figure that suddenly vanishes and a handful of different colored orbs scatter around the area. Raoto (Mr. Sahuro) rushes to the scene with his Infernape at his side. He immediately recognizes the orbs and decides that it's time for all of you to start learning about elemental powers of their ancestors. As he goes into the crash site to put all the orbs into a brown bag. When he finished picking up all the orbs he leaves out the forest, motioning all of you to leave as well and prepare to meet the Elders. You arrive at the Elders' Council Room and see other kids waiting outside the building. When a man in a black robe tells all of you to enter the building you are informed that you are the next generation to defend the village. You are to learn how to harness your partner's element to fight against any tyranny that may threaten the village. Now you must go through hard training courses to learn how to use elemental attacks and fight side by side with your Pokemon partner.
In Hidenvil you are taught how to use the same attacks your Pokemon use based on what type your Pokemon is. If your Pokemon is a Fire type then you must learn how to harness the Fire element. If your Pokemon is dual type then you must learn to harness both element of that type. You can either learn how to use these Elemental attacks by bonding as one more and more with your Pokemon partner or being taught by special tutors. In your first courses of training you learn the most simple Elemental attack that your Pokemon partner knows. As you bond more with your partner you can learn more of it's attacks based off of the element.
Hidenvil is a hidden village (play on words) that not many know about located in the region of Sinnoh. It is surrounded by 4 mountains that is part of Mt. Coronet. In this land human and Pokemon live together as life partners. Most citizens that grew up in Hidenvil doesn't even know the term "Poke'ball" or "trainer" as they consider Pokemon "partners" instead. A kid normally is set with his/her life partner by bonding with a certain Pokemon. From hatching the Pokemon to finding it, or it finding you, when you meet that certain Pokemon there is almost an automatic connection between the two of you. Hidenvil is normally snowy all year round but some exceptions, when the clouds pass by the village and the sun rays are hitting the village directly, it can get up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Hidenvil has two small schools; one elementary and one high school. In the schools, kids learn physics, Hidenvil History, and battle chemistry. There is also a Poke'center and a medium sized shopping mall. In the center of Hidenvil surrounded by a small patch of woods is the Elders' Council Room. Here lie the highest rank citizens of Hidenvil. All the Elders live in this building with their Pokemon partners. What most people don't know of is a once known village-wide, secret organization that has their hideouts under the Elders' Council Room. This hideout spreads underground almost all of Sinnoh. In this organization certain people are chosen to defend the village of outside attacks or weird Pokemon attacks. They defend the village along side their Pokemon partner by learning to harness their partner's elements. Hidenvil has been attacked by the three legendary birds, Dialga and Palkia, and Mew-two. On the outskirts of Hidenvil lives many species of Pokemon. Many trainers find the outskirts a great place to train but the Elders try their hardest to scare away these wandering trainers because of the chance that they can find the village. Not much is known about the history or founding of Hidenvil and the citizens can only learn of their village's past by many various stories told by the older citizens. A few people know of Hidenvil from the "outside world" and most never bother to look for it.
In Hidenvil there is a select group of people known as "The Elders." The Elders are suppossably the strongest fighters in the world. No one knows how many Elders there are, but some rumors say that there is about four but used to be close to 15. The Elders each carry an orb of their element, and it is placed into a special weapon they weild. Not much is known about the Elders or where they are from. They all live in the Elder's Council Room and some say that there is a secret underground hideout that expands all around Sinnoh. Some Elders are over 100 years old and others are as young as 80.
This is where the real gore and violence comes in. If it in reality you are in a predicament in which you can die and you actually do then it will be the same in the RP. If you jump off a 10 story building in real life and you die then if you do that in the RP then you must die as well. Only certain exceptions are allowed, for example: You fall off a tall building and your partner (let's just say it's a water type) creates a deep pool of water in the place you are falling at then you will surive. If you happen to die then you must continue the RP as your Pokemon partner or you have the option to create a new sign-up sheet for a new character introduced later on in the RP. (Just Roleplay your way into the story) If your partner dies then you must continue the RP partnerless and you lose your elemental powers. You can find another Pokemon partner but then your bonding must start all over. You will then take on that element of your new partner's type.
A lot of Pokemon have special abilities (Lucario's aura sensing, Celebi's time control, ect.) that you are able to harness. It doesn't even have to be a real ability from the anime or video games but it must be reasonable. (With the Psychic element, being able to read minds. You know.) With these special "abilities" you are able to overcome certain obstacles. (Flying over mountains and stuff.)
In simple terms, your Partner is your best friend that's a Pokemon. You know when you first meet your Partner because you feel a special bond between you and the Pokemon. You and your Partner are able to speak telepathically to each other, and you are able to use moves based off your Pokemon's element/elements. You also have the ability to use different special attacks as stated in the Abilities Factor. You and your Partner can also combine different attacks to create powerful combos. (You using Flame Wheel and your Partner using Fire Punch to launch you.) You can also create your own attacks by combining different attacks. As the bond between you and your Pokemon grow, so does your power. You can then learn new Elemental attacks and when the bond is as great as it can get you then start to fight as one. A Pokemon and Human fighting as one, that is what Hidenvil exists for.
Your first character must have a character sheet and any additional characters you create must also have a character sheet.
This is the basic layout I would like you to use.

Also, I will be giving you a set of actions for an entrance to a scene for the NPC. (They are, of course, what helps move the plot along.) This set of actions will be coming through a PM. You will also be informed ahead of times of when we are close to a new scene or when you have a special part to RP. Once you receive the set of actions then it doesn't matter what else you do with the character as long as you complete those tasks first. For example. An Elder is to give a speech (your controlling the Elder) then it doesn't matter what you post as long as it goes with the action. (giving the speech.) Appearance: Karma has light brown hair wildly combed forward. He has soft gray eyes with a tint of green outlining the pupa. Being young, his face is still smooth and his skin is soft. He wears a black shirt with a white long-sleeved undershirt. Over the shirt he wears a white over-sized hoody with red markings on it. He wears black pants and red shoes with a white sole. He has a mechanical left arm with a glossy metallic silver color and amazing strength.
Description: Karma is one of the most quiet persons you will ever meet. He hardly ever talks to other people but always speaks with his Partner telepathically.
Background: Karma was born in a small hut near Mt. Coronet. At the age of seven he was wandering around the mountains when he stumbled upon a place he never seen before. It was filled with wild Pokemon. As he looked around there was a sudden trimmer that caused him to fall. Then a large boulder fell off a cliff above and smashed Karma's arm, completely destroying it. He screamed out and just moments later a young Ralts appeared. Using it's Psychic powers, the Ralts lifted the boulder off of Karma's arm and healed him as much as it could. The Ralts then left and brought back help from a nearby civilization and took him to Hidenvil. There they operated on his arm and fixed a mechanical arm onto his body. It was advanced technology that had advance Psychic powers installed in it, along with great strength. While laying on his medical bed Elder Saruho visited him and explained where he was and that Ralts was to be his life partner. From then on, Karma and his partner, Ralts has been training in Hidenvil.

Appearance: Oregami is like any other Ralts except for his blue crests on his head instead of red.
Description: Oregami is a very friendly Pokemon. He make sure that Karma is always happy becuase that's what makes him happy. Oregami doesn't like to fight but when he has to he is a formidable opponent.
Background: Ralts was an average Pokemon living in Mt. Coronet when one day he seen a young boy that needed help. Using his Psychic powers, Oregami was able to help the boy and save him from bleeding to death. From then on, the boy, Karma, and Oregami has been life partners.

Appearance: Raoto wears a red jacket with white stripes at the end of each sleeve and a white stripe down the zipper. He has light blue hair that is spiked towards the side. His eyes are a light brown color. He wears a yellow shirt with a picture of an ember on it. He also wears baggy blue jeans with a red cloth tied around the right leg. His shoes are red with a white sole and white laces. He also wears brown cloth gloves with a leather backhand.
Description: Sometimes a big talker, Saruho hates it when people interrupts him. He's very short-tempered but he can control it at times. He is very flexible and swift on his feet. He loves climbing things with his Infernape and is a good scout. With an intelligent mind, athletic figure, and strong mind, he is a great leader and can get out of almost any predicament.
Background: He grew up in Hidenvil but was born in Pallet Twon. Saruho moved to the Sinnoh region with his grandpa after his mother and father was killed in a battle against Team Rocket. When Saruho first moved to Hidenvil it was hard for him to get used to the customs. At the age of 5 he found Chimchar with his grandpa in the mountains in the outskirts of Hidenvil. His grandpa helped him get the Chimchar to go back to Hidenvil with them and soon they became partners. Raoto became one of the most greatest fighters for the village and kept the hideout under the Elders' Council Room secret. He soon retired from defending the village and began to teach History at Hidenvil Elementary.

Weapon: A machete like blade that curved somewhat at the end. It has a red and white handle.
Partner: Infernape, Widello, male
Appearance: An average looking Infernape except for the white bandana rapped around his right leg and an arm guard on the left hand to control his punches.
Description: Widello loves running, fighting, and sleeping. When he cant have his way he sometimes throws a tantrum. Very playful but serious at times. Widello is a great partner for Raoto. He enjoys scouting with him as well.
Background: Apparently founded by Raoto as a young Chimchar and was raised amongst other people inside Hidenvil. He was very frail at first but as he grew in years he started to gain weight. He worked along side Raoto to help defend Hidenvil and to scout the area to report any threats. One day Raoto decided to retire and Widello was right there with him.

When Saruho first moved to Hidenvil it was hard for him to get used to the customs. At the age of 5 he found Chimchar with his grandpa in the mountains in the outskirts of Hidenvil. His grandpa helped him get the Chimchar to go back to Hidenvil with them and soon they became partners. Raoto became one of the most greatest fighters for the village and kept the hideout under the Elders' Council Room secret. He soon retired from defending the village and began to teach History at Hidenvil Elementary.

Weapon: A machete like blade that curved somewhat at the end. It has a red and white handle.
Partner: Infernape, Widello, male
Appearance: An average looking Infernape except for the white bandana rapped around his right leg and an arm guard on the left hand to control his punches.
Description: Widello loves running, fighting, and sleeping. When he cant have his way he sometimes throws a tantrum. Very playful but serious at times. Widello is a great partner for Raoto. He enjoys scouting with him as well.
Background: Apparently founded by Raoto as a young Chimchar and was raised amongst other people inside Hidenvil. He was very frail at first but as he grew in years he started to gain weight. He worked along side Raoto to help defend Hidenvil and to scout the area to report any threats. One day Raoto decided to retire and Widello was right there with him.

Appearance: Red undershirt with a long-sleeved black shirt under that. He wears a black robe over the red shirt. The robe goes just over his black sandals. He has red hair with plenty of gray streaks as a sign of old age. His hair is combed forward and is a bit short. Saruho has a scar that stretches over his whole face.
Description: Saruho is very intelligent and has a superb memory. He is normally the one to inform everyone on the situation. He is normally caught reading or studying. He knows a giant amount of history but doesn't really talk about it.
Background: Born and raised in Hidenvil. Saruho is sometimes referred to as the grandfather that brought Raoto to the village since the Elders are called by their last name first. Saruho raised a Charmander from an egg and experienced over a thousand battles. Saruho is one of the most famous people in Sinnoh and Kanto. He became an Elder of Hidenvil at the age of 83.

Appearance: A very large Charmeleon with a handful of scars all over its body and a very large scar across it's stomach. It's flame is very large as a sign of a lot of battle experience. It's claws are longer than most Charmeleons. It has a rough look and it's horn is long and sharp
Description: Oruko loves to fight. He can be considered a roughneck and somewhat reckless. He is hyper but old so not as hyper as he used to be. He has great endurance is normally the last man*cough*standing.
Background: Oruko hatched from an egg in Hidenvil carried by Saruho. As a Charmander, Oruko was under training with Saruho in the Elder's Council Training Room. He spent nearly his whole life there as a Charmander until one day he evolved and was sent out to the field and fought alongside Saruho. Charmeleon fought in more battles than any other Pokemon but never evolved into a Charizard for a strange reason. Charmeleon became known in Sinnoh and Kanto as one of the strongest Pokemon that ever lived.
