Uhm, I asked and apparently this hasn't been suggested before so I'm kinda curious.

You know how we can hide entire forums but not separate sections? Like how I can hide Off-Topic Discussions but not Chit-Chat Cafe? I kinda can't help but wish I could hide separate sections because there are certain sections I like within forums but then I end up having to keep the whole forum unhidden just for that one section. Which makes it a bit tougher to keep an eye on just the sections I want to see.

I'm fairly certain that not a lot of people use this feature, but I do so I thought I'd suggest this idea. It'd honestly be really really helpful, I think.

Oh, that would be great! There are some sections that I don't visit since I don't know much things about their content (thus am not able to contribute), so it would be nice to hide them from view and reduce the length of index. I'm not sure if a toggle button would actually look good next to each forum, though, so instead of those, maybe we could have some "section blacklist" of sorts in our user control panel, and when you enter a board's name, ID, or URL, they would make the place disappear until you remove its info. PC 2.0 is going to have a feature like this, if I remember right, but why not make this the base? =)

I would love it if this idea were implemented-it would make getting to the sections I normally post in a lot easier.
