Hi! I'm Fawn! I'd been looking for some more Pokemon communities to join. I missed oldschool forums, rather than just shouting into the void of the entire internet on twitter/instagram haha. Sooo I'm super excited to be here :)

I've been a fan of Pokemon since I was a kid (I'm 28 now ahhhh). I'm honestly equally into older gens and newer gens; my favorite games are probably an equal tie between SWSH and Sun/Moon (I know this is probably an unpopular opinion haha), and HG/SS and Crystal. I also do really enjoy the anime series too!

I also have recently started making Pokemon fanart more frequently (I'm also @fawnpetal on Twitter and @fawnpetals on IG). I love making friends so please feel free to chat any time :D

Thanks for the welcome!! Yes definitely always happy to chat any time you'd like :D Ooh, from SWSH my favorites HAVE to be Yamper and Galarian Ponyta. I grew up with corgis as pets so Yamper is just immediately nostalgic for me haha. And I just think Galarian Ponyta is one of the prettiest designs they've ever made! The colors and fluffiness are so wonderful lol. I just ordered a plush of one today and I'm super excited for it to arrive.

From Sun/Moon it's probably gotta be Alolan Vulpix! Once again, just so fluffy and cute lol. I also really like the Primarina line. What about you, what are your favs??

My favourite pokémon are Charizard (first generation starter, favourite since the start!) and Gardevoir (you might have guessed that one ^^). I have a liking for badass looking pokémon, but I do like the little and cute ones too! Among others, Anorith and Dwebble!

Oh yes Charizard is so cool!!! I have a soft spot for Charizard too, def one of the best starters. That's a lucky favorite to have, since they feature it in so many of the games and the show and lots of merch! I love the alternate designs for charizard too, like the mega evolutions. Gardevoir is so lovely too! I do also like some of the really badass Pokemon. Like corviknight, that thing looks awesome lol. And plenty of the dragon type Pokemon too - lots of cool designs there!

Welcome to the community, Fawn! There's nothing wrong with liking the older or the less popular generations of Pokémon! The most important thing is that you're having fun! :D
