3rd Gen HM/TM Delete?

    Hey, I really want to put my Raquazzaa and Kyogore on my Diamond game, but I can't because Rquazzaa knows fly and Kyogore know surf. How do I delete those kinds of moves?
    Oh yeah, and are they called HMs or TMs? I forgot, I'm completly clueless today.
     
    With regular moves that a Pokemon learns by levelling up, you can just delete those for new ones. But HM moves like Surf and Fly can't be deleted once a Pokemon has learned them. It's really annoying and I don't know why they made it like that.
     
    They're HM's, and yes you can delete them. On R/S/E go to Lilycove City. A few houses down from the mall is a move deleter.

    HM's can be deleted by a move deleter, but you can't delete them yourself. Just go to the move deleter in Lilycove City.
     
    In Lilycove city, there is the Move Deleter, he'll delete those moves for you, and they're known as HM's by the way
