Hm's in anime

    Which HM's from the games have been shown in the anime? I can only recall surf and I think Dig used to be a HM can't remember though. Can someone help me out and if possible, give the ep it was in?
     
    Does Lapras carrying Ash and friends in the orange islands count as surf.

    I think that they just tell the Pokemon to smash rocks, push boulders, ferry, dig, cut, etc.
     
    Cut was used by Harley's Cacturne, according to Bulbapedia.
    Fly was used by Charizard, I think.
    Surf was used by Lapras, was it? I don't remember all that well...
    I don't think Strength was used.
    Flash was used by Drew's Absol.
    Defog hasn't been used yet.
    Whirlpool, of course, is one of Dawn's Piplup's main attacks.
    Rock Smash has yet to be used, I think.
    Waterfall has yet to be used.
    So has Dive, impractically, of course.

    Well, I know that Starmie used Surf, Staryu also (technically) used surf, Squirtle has, Lapras obviously has.

    As for fly, Charizard and Pidgeot have used fly. (I think Swellow used fly, though I don't exactly remember)

    As for strength, well, Charizard kinda used that ability when trying to stop the volcano's eruption. I think Squirtle also used that ability, as well as Geodude in Grandpa Canyon.

    That's all I can think of
     
    Flash was used by team galactic's bronzor.
    Whirpool was once HM, but not when it was seen in the anime.
    Strenght was used in the episode with bibarel.
    after chacking bulbapedia, both cut and rock smash were also used in the anime.
     
    Gary's Nidoqueen's used Rock Smash. I forgot about that.
     
    Okay I know that Cut was used my Harley's Cacturne,
    Fly was used by Charizard,
    Flash by Drew's Absol and that one BEAUTIFLY,
    Rock Smash was used in a battle frontier battle with the old nature man,
    Whirpool by Piplup,
    Surf by Lapras and I know for sure by Craudaunt in the Wallace Cup,
    Defog was used by Honchcrow in the Darkrai movie (and yes we did see how it looked, it looked liked Absols Razor wind, except a blue colored move)
    Dive does it count when ash and everyone goes underwater with their pokemon...lol,

    I haven't seen strenth yet now waterfall and some various others I think...
     
    As far as I know I don't think the anime calls them Hm's but regular moves...but yes Charizard knows Fly, Cacturne knows Cut etc.

    Strength was used by a Feraligatr in the sumo challenge on a Blastoise (Ep 196 Ring Masters.), but not actually to move boulders.

    Apart from the others mentioned above, I don't know any others

    Surf was used by a Rhydon believe it or not o.o I'm refering to the tag battle episode
     
    Oh, can someone tell me what show it was where they used strength??? is the show on youtube, or where can I go to see it plz?

    but I forgot to say waterfall was used by Wallace's milotic I think...
