Hello, I'm very interested in Manaphy. How does a Level 20 untouched Shieldon holding a Dome/Root/Helix fossil sound? Or an Arceus plate.

Shieldon is fine, it doesn't even need to have the fossil on it, but either a Dome, Root, or Claw fossils are fine. :)
But like I said, you need to wait.
