I was underground with my bro trying to meet 32 pplz. Then I went up to save and I clicked on the Hollowed Tower and It said "Its stones appear to have shifted" what does that mean?

If I remember correctly, it changes description the more times you see different people. So if you see even more people underground, there might be a different description the next time you check the Hollowed Tower.
