Holo misprint?

I received a non-holo rare of Magnezone in a Breakthrough booster pack. I'm pretty sure this card is meant to be holo?

I already have a holo rare Magnezone from this set which I incidentally found in a pack that also contained a Mamoswine holo and Typhlosion holo (lucky right?) Needless to say I went back to that store for more packs and no such luck.

So do I have a very rare regular rare of Magnezone or is this kind of thing common. I have only just started collecting again after a 15 year gap so I'm kinda new at this.

And are we talking single booster packs or in the blister packs that contain multiple booster packs?

You can pull a non-holo Magnezone in packs. Sometimes you can't with certain rares in sets and sometimes you can. Some non holo rares only come in the theme decks
