    You added the hotfixes to your project twice. My guess is once in the main scripts in RMXP and once as a standalone plugin. Don't do that.
     
    I had installed the gen 8 project(listed above on line 2) and I'm 70% sure something in there was messing with the other plugins, I'm just not sure what it was though. I'm still looking for the problem though. Maybe the people who worked on the gen 8 project added the hotfix plugin into the Main script somewhere(I'm a beginner so I don't know where) and it worked but didn't count as a plugin and when I installed the plugin I got that error. Just guessing. So for now I'm going to be working without the gen 8 project for now.
     
    There's also a 100% chance that you extracted the zip file for the Hotfixes into your Plugins folder twice unknowingly. Try deleting the v19.1 Hotfixes folder from your game's Plugins folder and re-extract it. Also try using 7-Zip, incase you use WinRar, since WinRar always messes up when extracting files into non-empty directory.
     
    I'm a dummy and installed the generation 8 project wrong. That what the problem was, everything is working fine now thanks.
