Bugly backsprite plus edited sprites. Original (with slightly edited colors) on the very left. RSE shiny caterpie at the top for some reference for size.
Dunno, but for some reason I'm still very fond of the very original. ...xD *image removed*Maybe if I edited it up a bit.... Yes, no?

I dunno. I just get more of an urge to hug it in this position. xD Bugly really reminds me of Glaucus Atlanticus. o_o Google it, its a wierd blue seaslug thing. But it's cool. xD

Cool. ^_^ I really like the edited original~ Just an fyi, the very very original's eyes were red. I think it just looked weird to people because I used a whitish yellowish color for the circular pads his eyes were on.

Anyway... I know a lot of people liked Bewstripe a while back... So how about it's evo, Inufly?

Now, I'm going to protect my sprite as much as I can, so I edited him some more.

I added another light color. And I tried making it look at you, It didn't turn out so good. But isn't the whole point of Pokemon fighting other Pokemon? Why would it be looking at the trainer while its fighting a Tyranitar? I know, then why would it be smiling? Well, it's the first Pokemon in a family. They're usually cute and happy. Look at Pichu. "image removed" Why is it smiling? Well, because it's cute.

Now, if you look at all my Sirgit sprites, you'll see that there is one pixel going down from the mouth that attaches to the shading. That was the only way I could do it. But if you know it's there, you see the sprite smiling.

Anyway... I know a lot of people liked Bewstripe a while back... So how about it's evo, Inufly? Long necked or short necked?

I like the shorter neck.

Thanks for making the back sprite for Sirgit. I think we need more of the backs done. But it is better.

if i may, i noticed a few people commenting subtly about ponleaf. if you want i could revamp it for you so it doesnt look just like a ponyta ripoff lol. i kinda owe mac some spriting anyway lol.

For the record, it is a Ponyta ripoff. I scratched that sprite, by the way. If you revamp it, what exactly will you do to it? I just do not like people taking my sprites, editing them, and getting all the praise for just an edit. >.> That's why I want to know...

I dunno. I like the Sirtgit that I edited because my smile looks more smilish, theres better shading, and because fixed the top of the head, the eyes, and the feet. As for the first bugly sprite, no one liked it. xD So maybe Ill try to make the head smaller on the edited one.

Now, I added a whole lot of light shading. And I took away some of the shading on his neck, and added to his smile, so now you can actually SEE it. I also added some dark shading to some areas.

And you "fixed" the feet? No, those look like stubs. And the Pokemon are not supposed to look at the Trainer. It's supposed to look at the opponent Pokemon. Plus, sense the light is supposed to come from the top left corner, it wouldn't hit the eyes like that.

Now, I like Lumphyri. That one is awesome. It is looking at the Pokemon.

-secondly, i wouldnt try to just rip you off. when i say revamp it some i mean repositioning it (the way it stands,faces,etc.), recoloring(i feel like it should be darker but ill happily listen to your opinion on it :) ) and maybe doing something a little different with the leaf-thing coming out of it. if you dont want me to thats fine im just tryin to offer a hand since mac's a good friend of mine. :)

Okay, yes, I copied off a Ponyta sprite. I don't like making hoarse sprites. But you can revamp it. =]

uhh i like the long neck better. as someone (can't remember who- too lazy to check) said before, since bewstripe has a long-ish (lol) neck. the short one looks too scrunched up...

I don't assume I've won. But your sirgit sprite bothers the heck out out of me in some ways. Nice shading on the butt though. o-o xD Hum... I'll draw some sirgit fanart later. On to a more serious note, though, I kinda like the final sprite, it actually looks more like Bewstripe than the previous ones. I still think the way the head was turned before was fine, but I like all the detail work that has been added to it, ex: the three stripes across the head.
