    I hope topic says it...

    I would like it if there would be some forums where people could talk to their own country fellas in their own language!

    For example one for the French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc.

    You could make an "above board" where people could suggest new lang forums and the sub forums in that board.

    How do you think about this?

    You could easily just start a club or possibly a thread in funtime, I would think.

    I dont think we need an entire forum...we could just have like a Spanish, German, French, etc Chat Thread.

    Like I said, a club for that language would sound like a nice idea.

    It is a good idea for people interacting using different languages, yes, but we don't need an entire forum for it.

    Well, there is this one forum I saw...I think it's called the IFForums or something along those lines. XD And when you link to the site, you get a choice of three languages or so that the board will be displayed in. ^^

    I have no idea how the admin there did that, so I'm of no help in that department. XD I do think Ryan's idea for making a club is a good idea, though. ^o^

    Well, there use to be a few threads for different languages. Like a German and a Spanish one, I guess you could start one again if you wanted to, but I don't think we'd need a whole forum.

    There are already threads like that in funtime.But not a seperate froum.There are a lot in Other Chat.

    A section for each language would be a little extreme as, although we have users from many different countries, there are a relatively small number who speak the given language of that forum, so they wouldn't really be active enough to have their own version of OC ^^;
    Feel free to start your own thread in OC, or in the Other Clubs section of Mixed Community Groups, for speakers of your native language ^^

    And besides, if you alow one forum for say German, people will want another for Ffrench, another for Spanish and so on so forth and it will get a little too out of hand. But perhaps a sub forum in say Other chat, may be a good idea, where you can make a single thread for every day other language chat. We have the other chat forum, so I would see no problem in a small sub forum for other languages ^_^

    Language forum.

    Having a whole forum would be to much.But a thred similar to DCC might work.As for the forum, I don't see it becoming a reality anytime soon.

    you should use this link:

    We would have to find good mods for each secion though.....

    But Ill tell you guys this;
    If you can find 10 members who speak the same language(IE; 10 spanish speakers, 10 french speakers) and want to have there own special forum for it, I will SERIOUSLY consider it :)

    That sounds like a good idea to me ^^
    *wonders what everyone else thinks*

    How about we have a forum for n00b-ish? XD j/k
    Well, I only speak English and French, so I dunno. I prefer speaking english, XD

    I know a couple languages, and I usually only do use English because it's the most widely used one. I really think that a thread would be enough for each language, but I guess we'll see what people think about Casey's idea.

    Well I look at it this way. PC is an English speaking forum. I really don't see much need for more forums just for other languages.
    Like said we would have to find Mods for them forums. And the Admins really do have the right to know what's going on in all forums. Like I only speak English, if a Spanish forum was made I couldn't tell the difference in some one talking about how their day was or bashing and flaming PC. Like ProBoards you have to make them forums in English or they will shut your forum down (or at least that's how it used to be). Because if they don't know the language then they don't know what's going on (and they shut the forum down).
    I guess I'm ok with threads, but I'm still ify about them (same like forums, but I think a thread or club is better then making a whole forum).

    I think that a whole forum may be too much. xD; I mean, with all the languages in the world, and like Andrea-chan said, PC is an English forum. But if there is a major minority that speaks one specific foreign language, it may work, but I doubt it. xD;;

    Not that it isn't a good idea though. o.o;

    I know there are a lot of Spanish speakers though.
