I am gonna give an example on how I mean 'destructive' and on how you are supposed to answer :) I will be veryyyy pleased if you answer at least for fire,water,grass,electric,poison,ice,ground/rock types.

Ground/rock : Devastating earthquakes everywhere which demolish buildings and crack roads.Earth Power cracking the streets and erupting under the target(mud, stones, debris and fire erupting from the ground) .. Rocks as big as mini cars demolishing everything, while smaller rocks hitting people and cars.Sandstorm blinding us or even blocking our nose and pores leading to respiratory problems and finally, people getting impaled from underneath by stone edge or buried alive by sand tomb.

Water : Hydro pumps and hydro cannons knocking over or even sending cars, trucks and people flying , surfs ranging from 5-10m tall destroying everything in their way and drowning people.Oh,and whirlpools swallowing ships and oiltanks in the ocean.

    Fire : Umm burning everything.

    Your turn >:3

From the looks of things, and as demonstrated in the anime, Poison Pokemon can pollute the air, land and water with attacks like Toxic, Poison Gas, Smog and Sludge.

fire types could cause cities to burn down + forest fires

The most destructive pokemon would probably be dragons because they have diverse move pools of fire, water, electricity, ect don't forget the HYPER BEAMS

Dont forget about the powerful Physcic type.
If you could control the most powerful leaders in the world just imagine the power.
The mind is the most powerful weapon a human can possess.

    Electric - Zap Everything
    Ice - Freeze Everything
