2nd Gen How did you beat Elite 4 in G/S/C?

i forget how i beat them on silver version, but on crystal version i used my typhlosion, my charizard from yellow, my mewtwo from yellow, and i forget the rest of them...... i'd have to check my crystal version.

I took care of koga and bruno with my uber ho-oh, and got rid of the dark type with my pinsir's submission.
i only had trouble with lance, and even he was easy.
 
I only recently bought Crystal, but was able to get pretty far quickly. At first I was going to train all my pokes to Lv50, but I decided to go on a suicide mission because I got bored of training. With all of my pokemon at Lv42 (except for my skarmory, which was Lv.26) and without saving, I beat the elite four with this team:

Now I have a Snorlax in Skarmory's place and am training up for the battle with Red. I'm too lazy to catch Suicune right now xD.
 
I distinctly remember powering through the game with only a Typhlosion, which was in the 70's or 80's by the time I got to the Elite 4. With Earthquake, Flamethrower, Return, and Full Restores I had no trouble at all.
I don't remember any of my runs through the game after that, honestly. I'll need to do another playthrough sometime.

but yeah the E4 would kill those starters with one hit even tho they where weak againt that type

My tram was filled with my favorites. I had no "super powered" pokemon or any legendaries *Cuz me no likey legendary* and they were all most people wouldn't get.

Well first off I would like to say that Gold and Silver were my favourite pokemon games. I recieved a game boy color and both games on my birthday, so thats something I hold near and dear. But anyways...

The first Round of the Elite Four was easy for me. The first time I ever beat it I had this team, that I can still remember now, after about 7 years. I had

So thats what I did. It was fairly simple, but the Dragonite that knew Thunder was a pain. Eventually got off an ice beam.



But but but the Elite four round two, after completing kanto was much harder. I used this team.

Man, the E4 in GSC was so easy. All of their pokes were in the 40s range. I remember having my awesome Typhlosion (flamethrower, thunderpunch, fire blast, detect). Good times. :)
