How did you last die?

Corvus in DQIX. As if Barbarus wasn't hard enough...

The Bel tower in Devil Survivor. Oh, crap. This... route is haaaard! And the Amane route was supposed to be easier. D:

Anyways, oh god. Bel Tower. First you have to fight the Bel tower, the angelic form. After that, it reveals its true form and let me fight all of the 5 hell Bels all over again. That's right. Beldr, Belial, Jezebel, Belberith and Belzaboul. Ah, crap. Then you have to fight the real form of the Bel tower that's level 77. AND I ALMOST BEAT THAT BEL TOWER TOO IF IT WASN'T FOR MY SAMRECARM MONSTERS DYING. God, I hate this game. I never win. ;;

I was playing Team Deathmatch in Terminal on MW2 and I got shot by what I thought was a ghost. The killcam later revealed that there was a guy with a sniper rifle laying in one of the flowerbeds. It was a brilliant idea.

I was playing Beat Hazard. The song was Say You'll Haunt Me by Stone Sour. Right as you get to the chorus, there's a boss and some space rock things. I was so focused on the boss that I backed into a rock and blew up.

The boss of Dodongo's Cavern in Ocarina of Time. >=(

I accidentally threw a grenade into a crate instead of hitting it with the crowbar and blew myself up.

I AM NOT VERY GOOD AT HALF-LIFE AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHY.

:(

Playing Domination on MW2. The chopper shot me down a good 5 times and when it left, I found out that some guy was camping with a grenade launcher.

Ace Combat Zero, Mission 16, Knight Ace Style, Ace difficulty. Damn Wizard Squadron YF-23s kept nailing me while I was trying to track them down.

In MW2 I was playing Domonation on Invasion. Then, this guy flash banged me ran in a shot me with his Vector.

Got killed by a Lv37 mob in WoW. That's what happens when you click everything.

FFA in MW2. I ended up going -8 in the end, mainly because I haaate city maps. Yes, my UAV sees you. No, I didn't see you in the window. -facefloor-

In MW2 Demolition on Afgan I got killed by a Barret .50 from 20 feet away; after I put a chip in him with my UMP45 silent.
