How did you last die?

I believe I was picked up and thrown by an Epic Chara on Spore.

Oh how I hate those things, and I envy those who can kill them.
 
XD In wind waker i was attacking a giant pig and it killed me. XD

it gets huge and if you attack it it goes rabid and kills you. XDXDXDXD
 
Minecraft: Blown to kingdom come by a Creeper.
 
Assassin's Creed 2: I misjudged a jump and ended up falling through that massive tower in Florence (you know, the one with the highest viewpoint and dive in the game)

In COD: Black Ops, I was stupid and I camped and was in prone stance near a building, until someone stabbed me. >_>

Those things are all over the place, of course that'll be the last way you die before you stop playing. Specifically an upside-down spike pit in the room "W."

Died on Spore thanks too the Grox. Pathetic since I expected it and could have just left the world to die.
 
What's his face killed me in Super Mario Galaxy 2. :( I forgot his name. Some dragon with bulging red bellies, lol.
