where do i start? how do i build a team?

please dont flame me.

the only decent pokemon i have are lvl 50 infernape, 50 chatot, 35 lucario, 35 haunter....

For in-game or competitive Wi-Fi battling? If it's in-game, I really recommend a level 100 Starly

for competitive.. check the Strategies and Movesets forum

depends if your doing competitive or in-game.

if its in-game, then just catch ur fav pokemon, and have fun!

-Make sure that half/most of your team is not weak to a certain type of pokemon.

-Pick the pokemon available that you think will benefit your team greatly.

-Be smart when picking movesets.

-Grind until your pokemon are at good levels
