How do I get Typhlosion now?

Earlier in the game I beat the trainer with Croconaw so I couldn't get Quilava.

But how can I get typlhosion now?

Is there any other way?

If I remember well, you'll have one single chance to get it much later in the game, like near the end

When you beat the game, the guy with Quilava will appear in Team Snagem's hideout or in the Shadow Poke Lab (in the other one you will find the one with bayleef). You will have all the chances you want to rebattle them until you get Quilava and Bayleef.
