Ok, Well first your problem is, its saying that the Username you have made for the database isn't allowed. Therefore go back to the database and make sure you have all privilages ticked. It also may be a password or username problem. Make sure you know the password for the account you want to use for the database is correct. if you have any other problems PM or ask me here.
