How do I make an ice floor?

I am hacking Emerald in Advance Map and I was wondering how I am supposed to make a slippery floor that the player glides across, if this is something possible in Advance Map. I don't know if the movement permission already exists or not.

Yes, it's possible. Look at a map that already has ice tiles and copy them

Yes. You need to change the behaviour of the type of block you are looking for.

In advance map, click the Block editor (purple tile at the top).

Scroll down until you see the block you want to behave like Ice.
Change behaviour type to: 23 00
Change background byte to: 00 20
Click save
