Question: How do i put a gift as my avatar picture?

I uploaded the gif or at least I think I did but it still is a still image
 
Are you using the exact link she mentioned in her post?

And I'm not 100% sure of this, but I think that if the gif is larger than the allowed limits it auto-shrinks it but it stops animating. If that's the case you'll need to make it smaller for it to still animate for you.ok nvm its not a dimensions issue, and it doesn't seem to be a filesize issue either so idk =(

I think I'll just give up since I'm not tech savvy at all.... thanks for the help anyways
