You can also go to the Mix Community Groups forum, depending on the subject of the group, perhaps into one of its sub-forums.

Mixed Community Groups: For any and all Pokémon-type clubs.
Member Fan clubs: For fan clubs dedicated to other forum members.
Other Clubs: For any other types of clubs.

Search your group, if it isn't made, go ahead and create the thread after you've read all the rules there.

If you're trying to create a Social Group, go make one, if it hasn't been made yet and follows Social Group Rules. (Scroll down)
