How do you change your username?

I am a user that you don't know about. Yes, I'm a newbie, but how and where do you edit your username? One of my friends just changed his name and I don't know how! So anybody help me? (I'm a noob, okay? *sobs*

Er. Usernames are not changeable on this forum. It causes to much strain on the server.

If you really wanna change your name, just make a new account with the desired name you want. It's not like it'll be too much of a change for you, since you're new anyway and have only 20 posts.

You can't since it would cost the database problems so the only way is to make a new account but no pretend that you are someone else.
