3rd Gen how do you get to island 4 5 6 7 8 and 9?

what is that, is that the firered and leafgreen rainbow islands? If it is, sorry i don't know about that.
 
i think island 8 and 9 you go by an e-reader card.
 
after u beat cinnabar gym u get a ticket of some sort that lets u get to those islands, i have never gone ther by myself.
 
*points to Simple Questions where this has been answered before*
Islands 1-3 are accessible after beating Blaine, Bill offers you as trip to them.
Islands 4-7 are accessible after you get the National Dex (which you get by beating the Eleite Four and capturing 60 + Pokemon).
Islands 8-9 can only be gotten to via E-Cards.

Since this should be asked (and I am quite certain, has already been answered in) the stickied Simple Questions thread...
