    When playing a new hack, do you like seeing the usual bad guys up to their usual no good plots? (Team Rocket's Jesse and James are still trying to steal your Pikachu?)
    Or would you prefer a hacker to have come up with their own completely new bad guys?
    Or do you want a little of both twisted in your hack, having a previous villain group come back with a brand new strategy that you need to save the world from?

    Let me know which of these you think is the most appealing to you when making/playing a hack. Obviously there is no single correct answer, and each of these could be implemented a dozen different ways. Which choice do you think would give the players the most excitement?
    Or is there another option that I overlooked (besides not having a villainous group to stop) and you've seen before or you think would be good for a hack's story line?

    It really bothers me when people use team rocket. They've been in the official games and the anime too many times, just stop.

    I agree, team rocket are too over used. Yes, I get that people like the nostalgia of having Team Rocket, but when 80% of hacks have them in, it gets repetitive leaving me to wonder when Team Rocket will appear in whatever hack I'm playing next. This is especially annoying when they seem to have no reason to be there. in a hack based in Johto/Kanto, yes, Team Rocket, or at least a small group of them, can appear, but if they're in a region far far away, it makes zero sense whatsoever why they're there. So my advice is to COMPLETELY avoid Team Rocket, unless based in Kanto/Johto, and even then make them only a small part, and come up with a new ORIGINAL team, just make sure that their evil intentions are interesting {XD}

    I like new teams that also don't go by "Team ___" like something more original like "The ____ Gang" or "______ Company" or whatever. Most of the bad guys have these "let's take over or change the world!" Mentalities... I think on a lesser note it makes it more realistic.. Maybe they wanna exterminate all Pokemon or kill all gym leaders to put an end to the competitions idk
