[Other] How do you Make a Held Item an Evolution Item?

I'm currently trying to make a ROM hack and I want to make Items like the Kings Rock and Dragonscale become evolution items, but when I tried to use the Dragonscale after making it evolve a Magikarp, It had the text it usually has from Oak.:( How can I fix this and thank you in advanced.

Just simply goto GH3S and change the evolution method to "Item" and the item you need to use :)

Gen 3 Hacking Suite. It's where you edit everything about the Pokemon.
