How do you organize your storage boxes?

I dont. Seeing as throughout a whole game i just catch say about 20 pokemon and switch em here and there and thats my team. So yeah. But in silver i had all the boxes filled with all the pokmans. Prefferably ordered through type.

Currently I arrange them by type and then use a themed background, and within the box i do evolutionary chains. The last few boxes are special, reserved for Starter pokemon and their evolutions (in order by number) and Legendary pokemon. Also I keep a box open for special pokemon, like those I used for contests or if i need to swap out party pokemon. And then if i'm breeding, I devote an entire box to on type of pokemon. It's disorganized organization, works for me.

Do note that I have completed my pokedex (minus Shaymin atm) legitly so I have a lot of pokemon to store.

I have training, evolution, contests, up for trade and the rest are just locations like Beach or Cave. I put Pokemon in the location I think they'd like best.

I usually organize my boxes by type, and whether or not the pokemon are EV trained.

Mine are always in the order I catch them in, because I'm usually too lazy to organize.

I'm barely organized. I have sections for ubers and hacks. But the rest is plainly in the order of RBSN.

I store them in numerical order of the national pokedex. so there are a lot gaps.

Mine are:

Team (the main ones I use/ are wanting to level up)
Water/Ice
Normal/Flying
Bug/Grass
Fire/Electric (as there are so few of each)
Psychic/Ghost
Dark/Steel
Rock/Ground
Fighting/Poison
Dragon

'Water Gym' (My team of strong water types
Trades
