Cremated or donated to science.
If I'm cremated, then I'd want my remains scattered over Point Lookout in Panther Creek State Park.
If I'm donated to science then uhhh.... yeah I don't have much say what happens then.

Once I'm gone, I want to be buried in my hometown cemetery immediately, without any formal funeral service beforehand. I also don't want a headstone either. I think future generations would be happy to not know that I ever existed until somebody tells them at some point.
If my extended family and friends want to gather privately outside of a funeral setting to remember me, that's fine, though.

I don't consider it at all an sign of maturity to be able to accept one's death; that is rather a resignation, laziness, giving up, or a poor decision based on religious/cultural disinformation.
