How do you. . .

Normally I just bite something for stress anything I can find I'll just bite it. And when I fall into depression I just plain die for a moment I don't move my expression doesn't change I'm just blank for the day.
 
For stress, I tend to relax a little. Maybe just take a nap, or listen to some music.

Depression is different. My friends help me to see the good side of things. If I am sad about a choice someone made, however, then I try to shut them out for a week or so, until I am feeling better.
