These are my power players in Pokemon X i would like to use in WiFi battles. Please help me decide who to pick and how to tweak them to make them better.

    Delphox - Fire/Psychic

    Purpose: Fast Special Sweeper

Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Psyshock, Psychic
Rash Nature (+Sp. Atk, -Sp. Def) (which is really good i see)
EV spread: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 Sp. Def
IVs: decent, Max Sp. Def, Low Speed (which i know sucks)
    Item: Flame Plate
    Ability: Blaze
    Weaknesses: Ground, Rock, Ghost, Dark

    SHINY Rotom Heat - Electric/Fire

    Purpose: Annoyer

    Moves:
    Overheat, Thunderbolt, Trick, T. Wave
    Serious Nature (Neutral)
EV spread: 252 Def, 252 Sp. Atk, 4 Sp. Def
IVs: above average, Max Sp. Atk (awesome)
    Item: Black Sludge (for trick)
    Ability: Levitate

Weaknesses: Rock, Ground(not w/ levitate but you never know when they'll have mold breaker)

    Tyranitar - Rock/Dark

    Purpose: Physical/Special Sweeper

Moves: EQ, Dark Pulse, Crunch, Stone Edge
Hasty Nature (+ Speed, - Defense)
EV spread: 252 Sp. Atk, 126 Atk, Rest spread evenly
    IVs: decent, Max Sp. Atk.
    Item: Lefties
    Ability: Sand Stream
Weaknesses: Fighting, Ground, Bug, Steel, Water, Grass, Fairy (:/)

Side note: This t-tar is REALLY bulky for whatever reason

    Snorlax - Normal

Purpose: Sp. Atk Tank, Rest/Talk Set

Moves: Strength, Surf, Rest, S. Talk
    Quirky Nature (Neutral)
EV spread: 252 Sp. Def, 252 HP, 4 Atk
Ivs: Above average, Max Sp. Atk, fantastic.
    Item: Normal Gem
    Ability: Immunity
    Weaknesses: Fighting

Side Note: Also super bulky. I use T-tar and snorlax in double battles and Surf/EQ the heck out of everything and neither of them care despite T-Tar's water weakness.

    Greninja - Water/Dark

    Purpose: Protean Abuser

Moves: U-Turn, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Night Slash
Relaxed Nature (+ Defense, - Speed)
    EV spread: Not chosen yet
IVs: relatively superior, Max HP, Max Sp. Atk,
    Item: Mystic Water
    Ability: Protean
Weaknesses: Varies, not one is reliable

Side Note: Met in FS so has 2 perfect Ivs.

    SHINY Mega Mewtwo X - Psychic/Fighting

    Purpose - Mega Evolver

Moves: Swift, Recover, Power-Up Punch, Psychic
    Brave nature (+ Attack, -Speed)
    EV spread: All-Around (will fix)
IVs: Outstanding, Max HP, Max Attack, Max Defense, Max Sp.Atk, Max Sp. Def, Max Speed
    Item: Mewtwonite X
    Ability: Steadfast (when mega)
    Weaknesses: None

Side Note: Recieved from friend, no idea if a 6IV shiny mewtwo is legit or not lol. he recieved it from someone too.

    SHINY Entei - Fire

    Purpose - Physical Sweeper

Moves: Fire Spin, Flamethrower, Stomp, Swagger
Mild Nature (+ Sp. Atk, -Defense)
    EV spread: 252 Speed, 252 Sp.Atk
    IVs: Above average, Max Speed.
    Item: None
    Ability: Pressure
    Weaknesses: Water, Rock, Ground

Thank you to anyone who decides to help me. It really means alot to me.

I'm not the best when it comes to truly competitive sets but I can give you some general advice:

    Delphox:

Remove either Flamethrower or Fire Blast, as having both moves on the same Pokemon is hindering Delphy's coverage options. Remove Flamethrower if you prefer the increased power of Fire Blast, or remove Fire Blast if you prefer the increased accuracy of Flamethrower.
In place of the removed move, Shadow Ball or Grass Knot are two options. Grass Knot helps when dealing with Water/Ground types and heavier opponents, but will not be overly effective on lighter Pokemon. Shadow Ball covers you against opposing Psychic and Ghost types, but that's pretty much all it does.
Hidden Power may be an effective move instead, but that depends on the typing that your Delphy's Hidden Power obtains.

    Snorlax:
I believe that Snorlax isn't being used correctly here. Its Special Attack is vastly inferior to its regular Attack. To give you a sense of what Snorlax's Special Attack is on par with, Charmander has roughly the same Special Attack. It may be worth removing Surf altogether and finding a different strategy.
Strength should be replaced with either Body Slam or Return. Return will give you a powerful attack if you've raised this Snorlax to a decent level (Going from Level 1 to Level 50 should be enough if you don't let it faint), whereas Body Slam will be less powerful but will also give a 30% chance to Paralyze an enemy.

I'm adamant that Surf is wasted on Snorlax, and that it should be replaced by a strong coverage move such as Crunch, but I won't argue with your choice too much if you find success with Surf.

    Greninja:

The nature is going to hinder Greninja's true purpose greatly as Greninja requires as much speed as possible. Extra Defense will rarely give him a chance to survive a powerful attack.

    Mewtwo:
I'll be honest, that's probably a hacked Mewtwo. Unless someone somehow managed to abuse the RNG system to obtain a 6 Max-IV'd Shiny Mewtwo in HG/SS, it's probably not a legit one. Though this would be better verified by someone with experience with RNG.

Even if the mewtwo is hacked, i still really like it :) lol my friend said it wasnt hacked tho...

Delphox will be psychic, psyshock, shadow ball and fire blast b/c ive never missed fire blast ever.

I guess i can breed my greninja to get a speed nature but in return for what lowered?

and i will have to breed snorlax b/c strength/surf are hm moves. arghhhh

Listing each of your team's weaknesses is a bit TMI (too much information) because any battler can figure out a Pokemon's weaknesses by type.

Delphox is outclassed by other Fire Pokemon such as Heatran, Talonflame, Charizard (X/Y) and Infernape because these Pokemon have wider move pools, better attacking stats and/or better Speed:

    Heatran:
    -Substitute
    -Lava Plume/Fire Blast/Flamethrower
    -Toxic
    -Protect
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/12 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Lava Plume
    -Protect
    -Taunt/Roar/Stealth Rock
    -Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/220 SDef/40 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Overheat/Fire Blast
    -Flash Cannon
    -Stone Edge/Earth Power
    -Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    Infernape:
    -Fire Blast/Flare Blitz
    -Close Combat
    -Thunder Punch
    -Mach Punch/Grass Knot/Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 168 Atk/88 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Iron Fist

    Talonflame:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Roost/Tailwind
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Sharp Beak/Sky Plate/Choice Band
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

    Charizard:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Flare Blitz/Fire Punch
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Earthquake/Roost
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Dragon Claw
    -Fire Punch/Earthquake
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 144 HP/244 Atk/120 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Fire Punch/Earthquake
    -Dragon Claw
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/148 SDef/112 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Fire Blast
    -Solar Beam
    -Focus Blast
    -Dragon Pulse/Roost
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite Y

Neutral natures don't do anything beneficial for any Pokemon. Wash Rotom > Heat Rotom, since you already have a Fire Pokemon, and Fire Pokemon tend to stack weaknesses easily:
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Rest
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

    or
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Thunderbolt/Will-o-Wisp
    -Trick
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

Mixed Tyranitar shouldn't be played in the same way as Infernape, given its low Speed. This is a better setup for it:
    -Crunch
    -Stone Edge/Ice Beam
    -Earthquake
    -Stealth Rock/Fire Blast
    Nature: Impish/Relaxed
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream

But Tyranitar performs pure physical sets better:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Stone Edge/Ice Punch
    -Crunch/Ice Punch
    -Earthquake
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Tyranitarite
    Ability: Sand Stream

    or
    -Stone Edge
    -Crunch
    -Pursuit
    -Earthquake/Ice Punch
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Jolly) or 180 HP/252 Atk/76 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf (Jolly)/Choice Band (Adamant)
    Ability: Sand Stream

Snorlax is best played as an Assault Vest user; it's very specially bulky fi you opt that route:
    -Return/Body Slam
    -Earthquake
    -Crunch/Fire Punch
    -Self-Destruct/Wild Charge
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 SDef/4 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Thick Fat

A Relaxed nature is a waste of Greninja's good Speed. A Timid nature is best for it because it's primarily a special attacker and physical Greninja is terrible because its physical moves lack power compared to its special ones:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Extrasensory
    -Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Grass/Fire)/Grass Knot/Spikes
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
    Ability: Protean

I know you got the Mewtwo from a friend, but it really has to go because a Brave nature wastes away its good Speed. Find something else.

The best Entei to use is the event Entei from Gen IV (the one with Extreme Speed). Take it out, since you already have a Fire Pokemon; Ferrothorn is your best replacement because it sets up hazards to help the team get KOs they normally can't:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    -Power Whip/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/216 Def/40 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    or
    -Leech Seed
    -Protect/Thunder Wave
    -Gyro Ball/Power Whip
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes/Gyro Ball
    Nature: Relaxed/Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/216 Def/40 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Iron Barbs

ummm.... way more than i expected. will take to heart. got chimchar transferred to x so may give that a try.

Ok, I think my game hates me.

Bred Snorlax like 20 times to get good nature, got sassy (+sp. def, -spd) and i figured that was perfect, and spent 2 hours super training that thing to 252 sp. def, 252 HP and 4 ATK. Went to daycare to take out parents and another egg hatched. Careful Nature... Just what i wanted. BUT I JUST EV TRAINED MY SNORLAX!!!!! both good ones have thick fat, perfect. I wanna know. Super train the new one or is it good the way it is?

PS: anyone want an extra snorlax? got 15 up for trade, lol.

You should've used an Everstone on an Adamant Ditto.

Try for an Adamant Snorlax, as this is the best nature for offensive variants.

My snorlax isnt really going to be much of a attacker though. Up on top his purpose is sp. tank w/ rest talk set. also, where do you get everstones?

Turns our the chimchar i transferred up is a hasty nature! yay! Time to train it up to be delphox's replacement! But i cant get its hidden ability out, whatever.

Ask someone in PC's Trade Corner for an Iron Fist Chimchar then. You can't get DW/Hidden Abiltiies by breeding those with regular abilities.

does getting the hidden ability matter THAT much? he is only gonna know one punch related move...

EDIT: 2, sorry. forgot close combat.

Close Combat isn't a punching move, despite what its Gen IV-V animations would imply. Iron Fist gives Thunder Punch (and Mach Punch if you opt for it) a much-needed power boost. It's way less situational than Blaze, tbh.
