Well, I don't have any at the moment because I restarted to do a challenge but before that I had 3; 1 from the Pokemon League, Battle Tower, and Pokeathlon.
 
I have all five. I should only have four but one of my friends helped me with the Pokealthon top scores so I got that one. The most annoying one was finding five leaves for a Pokemon, it took me hours just to find it

Got my second one, the Shiny Crown.
Working on getting the third one ASAP, beating the Pokèathlon records.

Got the Shiny Crown on Feraligatr and Arcanine, I'm now defeating the Battle Frontier bosses, currently I've got two of them (Gold Symbols).
 
I have two stars right now. One from the elite 4 and the other is from a shiny crown on my Salamence.

and the gold crown

5 stars + 493 pokes + 567:17 play time on my SS. Might buy HG later if I get bored with my Pokemon Black.
