3rd Gen How on earth do you get a Feebas?

I've tried and tried but i just can't get a Feebas. Do I fish while surfing or do I just fish? Also which rod do I use? Can anyone tell me?

This question has been asked a billion times. This should be in simple questions. Use an old rod and it is on a random area.

Anyway, it's all based on luck. Remember to fish in each tile of the water about 5 times before moving on. And yep, you'll have to use Surf, otherwise you won't be able to fish in every spot of the water. Good luck. =D

Anyway, I believe Feebas is on Route 118. You may use any rod, but there's a catch. Feebas can only be found on 6 out of 400 water tiles on that route. Remember to try about 5 times per tile, and don't Surf. =P

Isnt it route 119?
