I have worked out a way of telling how powerful a pokemon is.Just add up its stats and see the total. Really powerful pokemon (such as Mewtwo, Rayquaza, Groundon, Kyorge, Ho-oh and Lugia) have stat totals around 1700-1720. Weaker Ledgendarys like the Birds, Dogs or Regis etc have stat totals around 1450. The avervage Tyranitar is about 1550 and Metagross at a whopping 1650! My most powerful is my Mewfu (a mewtwo) who has a stat total of 1767. Can anyone beat this record?
Note: Pokemon from the colour and metal generations may be higher because of the united special stat and the different effort values. Therefore this only works properly for the 3rd and 4th generation.

I'm going to move this to General Games Discussion. Although with EVs and IVs, you can ultimately raise a Pokemon's stat to be extremely high so long as you work at it. o_o Like Swellow for example. With enough EV training you can get its Speed stat to reach 300-400 (possibly higher, I'm no EV expert XP). But, regardless, I'll still move this along~

My mewtwo is 1714, which is average in your case, and i think you did a good job on averages, but like natsuki said, if you can use Evs and IVs to train a regular pokemon to a regular legendary or higher.

My 3 birds are in level 100. My bolders (regis) are in there 70's and my Dogs are in there 60's. I really don't care for legendary Pokemon

I dont use my legendaries that often but I'll do your count thingy:
    Mewtwo: 2059
This is counting HP as well right?
