how to become a moderater

It says so right here in the FAQ

But asking to be a moderator can decrease your chances of being one. The Staff mod those who have good grammar, good sense and devotion to a certain forum on PC, etc. It says so in the FAQ. Though nowadays they only mod certain people when they need to, but that doesn't draw them from the fact that there are requirements as to becoming a mod.
 
"How do I become a moderator?" topics aren't allowed.
