To answer your thread, no, I would definitely not support using a fake GPS or any other cheating methods. Niantic has been banning people permanently for doing anything like this and it's just not worth risking your account. /: Taking the easy way can be tempting but the game is much more enjoyable when you play it naturally.
Not sure if you're aware but remember that linking to GO cheating apps/generators isn't allowed here either so I'd be careful with any links you may want to post.

Take up running, great exercise and helps you hatch eggs quickly.
Speak to as many people as you can, to get the most out of your area (especially if you are in rural areas) is to find all the rare spawning points. Ask everyone you know that plays exactly where they found the rare pokemon, its taken me a month but ive finally found the dratini spawn point in my town by talking to people. I would never have found it wandering around randomly (there is only a 1m square you have to stand in as where the spawn point is is fenced off)
And like Sheep said if you cheat you will likely get banned then no more pokies for you :P

I have personal friends who love cheating in games, Pokémon GO no exception, and they've all been banned as of last week.
You want to take the lazy way out, go for it. Just know that there are penalties and no one will feel sorry for you if you lose your account.

Cheating is unfair, can get you permanently banned, and will also rob you of the experience of actually going outside to play.
All cities have a few popular spots where you can get 3 or 4 pokestops in range, and when many people are there to play, there are modules on all of them. So at these spots you level up based on the quantity of pokemon you catch.
