    This is my team:
    === Untitled 1 ===

    Azumarill @ Choice Band
    Ability: Huge Power
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
    Adamant Nature
    - Aqua Jet
    - Waterfall
    - Play Rough
    - Superpower

    Wobbuffet @ Leftovers
    Ability: Shadow Tag
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
    - Counter
    - Destiny Bond
    - Encore
    - Mirror Coat

    Scizor @ Life Orb
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
    Adamant Nature
    - Bullet Punch
    - Roost
    - Swords Dance
    - Bug Bite

    Manectric @ Manectite
    Ability: Lightningrod
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Thunderbolt
    - Volt Switch

    Gengar @ Black Sludge
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Disable
    - Shadow Ball
    - Substitute
    - Sludge Wave

    Scolipede @ Leftovers
    Ability: Speed Boost
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Poison Jab
    - Baton Pass
    - Swords Dance
    - Protect

So I tested this team on Showdown and I found that it's annoyingly weak towards Prankster users, I can counter Pokes like Sableye with my Azumarill and Mega Banette with my Gengar. However, this Whimsicott loves to use Sub first then spam Leech Seed to be an anoyyer. I tried fooling it with my Scolipede by letting it taunt me then use Poison Jab, but like I said it will always Sub first to predict my moveset. I also tried other Grass types like Breloom or Ferrothorn to prevent seeding but it will Dazzling Gleam/Taunt me before setting up ANOTHER sub. What should I do? I couldn't think of other Pokemon to Counter it besides ExtremeSpeed users, little help?

Note :I don't use Smogon, I only follow some of their movesets, so don't recommend me with their tiers and banlists

Azumarill needs enough Speed EVs to outspeed Pokemon up to minimum base Speed 70s, like defensive Politoed. If you want to go faster, 92 Speed EVs outspeeds Aegislash, while 124 lets Azumarill outspeed regular Scizor.

Wobbuffet's EVs need re-doing, since Counter and Mirror Coat base their damage on how much damage Wobbuffet took. Use 28 HP/252 Def/228 SDef with a Bold/Calm nature for optimal bulk.

You can consider Choice Band Scizor to act as part of a Volt-turn core alongside Mega Manectric:
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower/Brick Break
    -Pursuit/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Technician

The only thing that benefits from Scolipede's Swords Dance is Azumarill, but the boosts will be wiped away when it's forced to switch out. A Timid nature is useless if Scolipede runs a physical offensive move. I'd recommend having Scolipede as a late-game cleaner or a hazard lead, since your current Scolipede set appears geared towards dedicated Baton Pass teams:
    -Megahorn
    -Spikes
    -Swords Dance
    -Baton Pass/Earthquake/Rock Slide
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash
    Ability: Speed Boost

    or
    -Megahorn
    -Poison Jab/Rock Slide
    -Earthquake
    -Protect
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Speed Boost

Edit: if you have a hard time with Prankster users, a Pokemon with a sound move or a multi-hit move can strike past the Substitute. Mega Gardevoir or Mega Heracross can do that for you, though this means replacing Manectric:

    Gardevoir:
    -Psyshock
    -Hyper Voice
    -Focus Blast
    -Shadow Ball/Will-o-Wisp/Taunt
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 24 Def/232 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Gardevoirite
    Ability: Trace

    or
    -Calm Mind
    -Psyshock
    -Hyper Voice
    -Shadow Ball/Taunt
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 24 Def/232 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Gardevoirite
    Ability: Trace

    Mega Heracross:
    -Pin Missile
    -Close Combat
    -Rock Blast
    -Earthquake/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spe
    Item: Heracronite
    Ability: Guts/Moxie

Don't forget Talonflame, which naturally outspeeds 0 Speed Whimsicott, meaning its priority-induced Brave Birds will go before the Sub:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Tailwind/Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

Torterra with earthquake and maximum IVs always works well.

I can counter Pokes like Sableye with my Azumarill and Mega Banette with my Gengar.

What? Most sableye's have will-o-wisp, if azu gets burned and den knocked off, ur done for. And mega banette is mostly notorious for the priority destiny bond, stall mons dat doesn't care about any status moves would be best to take it down, I generally use tox stall gliscor and stall it to death.

I'd drop Scolipede for Talonflame. Scolipede isn't that useful considering you're not using Baton Pass and you have Scizor in the team.
