I have a Background Music and I have made an alternate version of the Music and what I want to do with it is this:

    Let song 1 be BGM1.mp3 and song 2 BGM2.mp3.

I have two maps, Map A and Map B, Now when we enter Map 1, the BGM1.mp3 will start playing and then when we hop to Map B, then the Timestamp of BGM1.mp3
is saved into a variable and then the BGM2.mp3 plays exactly where BGM1 stopped playing. Is it possible to do in the game?

  • You can't with mp3's but you can with ogg's if you use FMODex. Nuri Yuri has a thread on FMODex, and inside it is a way to start a music file half way through.
