how to format a website like youtube?

Or you can simply use PHP form upload code then view your recently uploaded.
Might be a bit more effort but worth it.
 
YouTube is a HUGE bandwidth user, and streaming videos costs a LOT of money. That's why everyone just uses the current sites.
