How to get energy cards?

I got a tin today, and opening up a few of the boosters I realized that I'm not getting any energy cards. Where can I get a load of energy cards for cheaper than a starter pack? I know they're probably expensive and all but the last thing I need are twenty playing mats and stuff ;;

Any help y'all?

They don't print them separately, so the best place to get them is those theme decks, unfortunately.

Maybe there is someone you know that has a lot to give? Or maybe someone at a league you could trade with? That's how I got most of mine, but they are all holo and I had to trade a few boosters to get them. But that could be another way to get energies.

Oddly enough, I don't think the Trainer Kit comes with any playmats, but that only comes with 2 half-decks, so there's even less energy there.

I suppose you could follow pmarckoue's suggestion as an alternative, though.
