how to get to sootopolis city after youve done the underwater cave?

You go underwater somewhere, and you cant miss it. Its like the underwater cave, except you submerge in Sootopolis.

Look where Sootopolis City is on the Pok?Nav, then Dive just south where the city is. Go in the cave to the north and surface. You can't miss it.
