Question: How to make a signature table in BBCode?

I've been moderately skilled in HTML, some in CSS... But I am unsure of how I make a table that will work for a signature on these forums. Also, what other cool codes actually work on this website? Help is appreciated!

Um, sure, but you said that you are skilled in some CSS, so... But here's a simple one that you can build off of that I have in my signature:

I know, but I haven't used code in a very long time, and it's hard for me to remember much of it. Is it possible to gain a more simplified code? A good example would have multiple rows and columns...
