6th Gen How to mega evolve rayquaza?

Okay, Rayquaza actually Mega Evolves differently from other Pokemon. It simply needs to know the move Dragon Ascent to be able to use the Mega. If you haven't learned the move, Zinnia's grandmother in Meteor Falls can tutor it to any Rayquaza you have.
 
In order for Rayquaza to Mega evolve, it must know Dragon Ascent. Zinnia's grandmother in Meteor Falls can teach any Rayquaza this move, but you must have caught the Rayquaza present in the Delta Episode for this to be possible.
