How to rip music from patched rom?

So I've got a romhack I want to rip the music from (Touhou Puppet Play, preferably as MIDI+SF2 for max quality, but I'll take what I can get short of recording each track with the emulator running) and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do so. When I open the rom in Sappy, or rip it with GBAMusRiper, it just gives me the normal songs from FireRed (and the streamed audio that replaces the battle themes from the initial patch, despite me using the Casual Music Patch that then replaces the streamed audio battle themes with proper songs)

Am I just dumb and doing something wrong?

I PM'd you about this, but after some trial and error I figured it out - I haven't messed with a hex editor in a long time so it took me a bit. Thanks a lot! I've been wanting to listen to this soundtrack in high quality for years now, and I finally can! Once I convert all the midis to MP3s that is...
