    Go into a dungeon with a Pure Seed and go to a Kecleon's Shop (if you find one) there. Take all the items and eat the Pure Seed. You'll be near the stairs and it'll take some time for Kecleon to find you, even at double speed. This did work in PMD2- even though I tried it once. I got a dubious disc, razor claw, and a razor fang, all costing 3000 Poke. It'll always work.
    Also- to find evolutionary items- go to Mt. Mistral. My other MD thread has the WM code.

    Sweet!! Thanks for the info Yankee... Now my rescue team will not only be famous for rescuin pokemon but stealing stuffs as well... Lol... I take that as a compliment, really...
     
    Also, if you have a Mobile Scarf and food (Grimy Food, Apple, Big Apple, or Huge Apple), trhen you can also take the stuff, DO NOT PAY, go into a wall and get to the stairs. If I lose, your reward will be a Mobile Scarf and (maybe) a key. Also, if the stairs are in the same room as the dungeon shop, then jack the stuff and go there. Use Protect and have plenty of Reviver Seeds (5 or over) and go there. It's actually so easy. If you can't do that stuff then you're out of luck.
    -A good place for robbing is Mt. Mistral, the code is in my sticky. No evolution items, but it rules! I robbed 3 times in one walk in the dungeon!
     
    alternatively, trawl orbs will also work, just make sure you're near the stairs
     
    I've never seen a trawl orb in MD2, and I've played 60 hours.
     
    Actually, you could go into the water and heal up there. When you return, every 5th square will have a Kecleon. So, yeah- bad idea to heal up.
     
    Yeah, only in dungeons and Kecleon is over lv. 100. (Kecleon = death and he gives 5 exp points)
     
    Wait, did you just say that you can achieve a level of over one hundred??!!?? Does that mean that over one hundred your recruit rate still goes up? Are you sure on that level? When will the madness end!!!?
     
    Keckleon is over 100 in dungeons, but if you recruit him, he won't be. Also, you can't go over 100.

    Using Trawl orbs near the stairs work better than stealing all the items and using a pure seed because if you use a pure seed, your partners will all have to defend thamselves against the most powerful pokemon that you fight in the game.
     
    For some reason, whenever I tried the Trawl Orb version of the trick, (PMD: Red and Blue) the Kecleons would glitch up. For one thing, even though I was nowhere near the shop, Kecleon just appeared right next to me. Then him and the gray brother (who supposedly doesn't know of these shops' existance) used Sheer Cold. Um, Sheer Cold? It missed, but thanks to its double speed, it killed me with Fire Blast.

    I nearly got away the second time but I got OHKO'd by Splash.
     
    In Blue & Red they warp next to you no matter what.

    Also, I don't even know where the Gray one came from.
     
    This trick also has another part to it! Here's what I do (Instead of Pure Seed, you have to have Trawl Orb)

    1) Drop your most valuable items (Except Trawl Orb) on mat. He'll buy them.
    2) Go to stairs, but don't go up/down.
    3) Use Trawl Orb.
    4) Walk off not only robbing him, but getting paid for it too!
