[Spoilers] How will it work?

    Usually the anime folows the game pretty straight forward (save the hundreds of filler episodes) but I'm interested to see, how will they do it this time? WillAsh actually go to the E4 building and capture Zekrom/Reshiram? Or will a more experinced trainer do that? (Cynthia, Alder) Will N even go that far in the anime and will Ghetsis call him a heartless freak? ( I'd love to see that)

    We haven't seen team Plasma yet let alone N and Ghetsis and they're at the 4th gym! They've been hinted at and were spossed to appear in 2 unaired epiosodes.

    So what do you think will happen? I hope the story follows the game's and Ash does reach the e4 building but I don't want him to catch or even just control Reshiram/Zekrom. I'm hoping it will be Alder.
     
    It'd be funny to see Iris control one of the dragons since she's an aspiring dragon master, but that's not going to happen. I think Alder would be the most probable pick since Cynthia has been seen enough in gen IV.
     
    No one will capture them. Reshiram and Zekrom will probably appear in the Dragon tower in Icirrus City, that will span out over a few episodes like the Kyogre/Groudon Dialga/Palkia etc from previous episodes. That's of course if Team Plasma are actually in the anime. (We know they are, but they might not be anymore idk)
     
    Well honestly, I'm not too sure about a capture. Maybe something like like befriending them. (I'm pretty sure that's what happens in the 14th movies, Ash befriends Reshiram or Zekrom depending on which one you watch)

    I do get your point in some way though, since the anime did sort of follow along the storylines of Auqa/Magma and Galactic in the games, the only time they haven't is with Team Rocket's, Kanto and Johto.
    That's exactly where it gets complicated though, see in the games, you have to capture Zekrom or Reshiram to carry on with the story, as each Pokémon supposedly chooses a trainer/person. But then again, the anime isn't exactly version exclusive - so I could just see Team Plasma get both Pokémon to awaken, though I'm not sure both Pokémon would choose N (or whoever it may be), maybe only one would awaken...

    dragonomega's theory does seem to be the sort of approach the writers would do anyway though, it's a lot more simpler... :x
     
    I agree with Mew~; Ash and co. befriending Reshiram/Zekrom wouldn't seem like capturing them, but it would seem close to having them. N will have control over the other Dragon for the final battle, if it happens.
     
    Obviously, befriending them makes a lot more sense, just like the first Frontier Brain fought with a friendly Articuno.

    Both of them are already captured by Tobias didn't you know.

    And I honestly don't see a capture of any of them by anyone. Befriending or them being controlled by Plasma seems more likely then anything.
     
    Next time I will add a [/sarcasm] between the part where I am sarcastic and serious...
