How will mega evolutions work in the anime?

I hope the Anime doesn't turn Megevolution a Permanent evolution !!!
The Anime does have a stupid habit of ruining anything Good from the game.
I really like how Trainer evolve their Pokemon by pressing a button on a Mega-ring .
 
I wish we knew more about what that MegaBlaziken is about since it doesn't look like its in any battles. I'm really hoping that a Pokemon can go Mega at any time but only for a limited time before devolving because regardless of how similar it is to Digimon I don't want it to function like a permanent evolution either.

Regardless they definitely didn't wait to bring on the concept of MegaEvolutions in the anime since the premier deals with Team Rocket trying to force a Pokemon to become a MegaGarchomp or something along those lines. And if that MegaBlaziken happens to be say ... a rival's Pokemon then evolving a Pokemon into a Mega is something Ash will work on doing throughout the series. Most likely with Charizard unless he picks up a new Pokemon (non-Kalos if rumors are correct) to Megaevolve. Since I doubt he'll evolve Gible enough for it to be considered.

Mega-Blaziken might belong to Prof sycamore !!!
 
I'm pretty sure Mega Evolution is going to feature fairly heavily in the anime, and assuming that Ash's Charizard returns, it's going to have a mega evolution for sure. Through May and Gary, we may also get to see Mega Blaziken and Mega Blastoise respectively, which would be pretty cool.
 
I wonder if any of Ash's traveling companion will have Megevolution .
However , They will need to catch other region pokemon since Kalo region Pokemon does have Megevolution.
At least not until Pokemon Z !!!
 
Saw the anime a few days ago. All it was was a bright flash of light covering the pokemon and then they transformed. Its the same for transforming back too.
 
You know Megevolving won't be too hard for Ash but it will be straggle for Paul .
Just imagine-

Mega Pokemon appear !

Paul : Such Power , I must master Megevolution .

Requirement 1 : Mega Ring

Paul : Got it .

Requirement 2 : Mega Stone

Paul : Found them all .

Requirement 3 : Close bond and connection with Pokemon.

Paul : DAM IT !!!
