How would I code a move like freeze dry, but where it's super effective on flying types?

Well the freeze dry effect is all due to the function code class that is assigned to it.
So you'd need to make a copy of that class but have it be super effective against flying rather than water.
You can use CTRL + SHIFT + F to search all script sections at once to find the function code.
