Bets on a lot of Pokemon requiring a license. Potentially causes a lot of damage and harm. Look at just Machop. Picks up Gravelers (231.5 pounds / 105 kilograms) for training. Imagine a Machop having a temper tantrum. Breaks a lot of things and hurts a lot of people, if unchecked.
Regulates Fire types hard. Cannot have them starting fires. Burns down homes with ease. May have designed buildings around this potential threat, however.
Expects Everstone implants for many Pokemon kept as pets. Points to Magikarp and Gyarados as one such Pokemon. Extends to something like Pidgey too. Do you think most people could handle a 4'11'' / 1.5 meter tall Pidgeot?
Likely allows some as pets. Considers several cat and dog Pokemon to be okay, such as Furfrou or Sprigatito. Guesses Normal, Water, Grass, and Fairy to be more common. May find some people with Flying types or Bug types. Probably deems most Psychic types to be a little dangerous on similar grounds as Fighting types.
Presumes liability to be similar as it is with pets. Falls to the owner to compensate the victim...probably. (Is not an expert on law.)
