My school is nearby, but up a really steep hill; so I take the train to get there. It's one stop. xD;
Depending on the weather or how I feel, I may or may not take the train home as well.
I get free transportation services from my school anyway, so it's not like it's a problem.

My father drives and picks me up from school at designated locations no matter what. In a few days, however, I'm hoping he'll finally let me go get my permit so that I can drive to and from school (with him in the car) and in a few months (six to be exact) I'll be getting my learners license (or something like that) which allows me (in my state) to drive by myself in a car and extends my curfew an hour and a half later.

Basicly I walk about 15 minutes to the bus stop, get the bus to the nearest bus stop to the school, walk to school for another 15 minutes.

I've taken the bus pretty much my whole life, and probably still will until I get my driver's license ... which is around 5 years away. I'd walk if I could, but school is about 45 minutes away even by bus.

I'm quite close so I cycle but until I get gloves, my mum drives me.

Bus. Bus for school, bus for University. But, for coming back home, one of my friends is driving me in his car recently.

My sister drives me, though I'm going to have to take the bus in a few years.

Walk, and I have the whole of my life. But my primary school was only 15 mins walk away and secondary school and college is about 25 mins.

Bus, and I have rode the bus for a long time, for about 8 years now... I ride the bus to school, and home...

I either walk since I live so close, or I'll be driven; I have to haul my bowling ball to school every Monday.

I used to always walk to school and from it, the last time I walked to school and back home was probably during the second semester of my Sophomore year. Because my High School is quite a distance from my home (5+ miles). ;_;
I usually take the local bus or drive a car. Usually only the bus when gas prices are high. ;3

Not a lot of people live in New York City?

In Elementary, I was walking, in Intermediate I took the bus, and in High I take the train to my school, which is about 7.5 miles from where I live.

Also, I'll never drive because I live in New York City, which is reason enough.

I drive to school; yellow Mazda, forgot what model. Mazda 3? It needs a wash...
I used to walk to and from school (before gaining my liscense), but that was when the walk was much shorter...

I used to ride the bus between 7th grade and the beginning of 10th grade until I realized that I could make it home earlier if I walked home. My house was a hour long walk from high school but by the time I actually got home, the bus I ride would be barely be picking us up. :P Not only that but it would be another 30 minutes till I get to my stop. Really inconvenient as far as I'm concerned.

The other reason why I wanted to walk home instead because I'm surrounding by immature morons on my bus. They are so rude to pedestrians who walk home by pointing and laughing at them while the bus passes by them among other things. -_-

Once junior year came along, it could finally get home quicker by driving from school. :) Of course, I usually wait around 10-20 minutes after school is over so it won't be as crowded as I exit the parking lot. Plus, most of the idiot drivers in my school would be gone by then who think it is cool to drive around 30+ mph in a small parking lot. -_-

Months ago right when school restarted, I enjoyed walking to school (I was right next to the sidewalk needed to go to school, by that I mean right behind it.) in less than 5 minutes. Recently, I've been using good old gasoline reliant cars. :<

my mommy drives me to school
