Your interests are very similar to mine.
I love emulation, anime, and manga as well. In fact, I hack Pokemon ROMs, and if you ever have a question, you can ask me.
By your name, I can tell that you watch Soul Eater. Kudos to you for watching such a great anime.

We all adore Pokemon here; some of us have even been into it for over a decade. If you're a fan you're going to be welcomed here with open arms. :D Emulation is also very big on the forum and we have lots of games and discussions going on over at the Emulation & ROM Hacking board, which Delta has kindly linked you to. There are a ton of hackers around the community who can help you out as well as many resources in the Emulation board that you can use.. hopefully all of that helps you out and you get a game published here sometime. Been a hacker for a while? Do you have any projects in the making right now? I was playing through Ultra Violet yesterday and it's been plenty of fun so far. Haven't played a hack for many months before then so I realized what I'm missing out on. :) Our members are so talented!
Oh, and if you're into anime, check out the General Entertainment board! That's where all anime and manga discussions are housed, though you can also discuss things like TV shows, music, and books there. Take a look and get involved! If there isn't a thread for an anime you like, you can probably look into making it. Just go ahead and explore to be honest, you've still only got one post so you're missing out on a ton! Surely there will be at least a few boards that catch your eye around here, hehe.
